Welcome to Platikistan, the land of upright people; a vibrant European nation that seeks to make the world a better place. We are Europe’s only military dictatorship, and a return to civilian rule is constitutionally excluded. In fact, we are proud of our Supreme Leader and beloved Oppressor, President PLATY.
Platikistan is a brainchild and fun project of Mario Egbe MPAME, a Germany-based jurist with African roots. With his exceptionally modest background and rich experiences, Mario decided to spend his free time on this imaginary nation of Platikistan, with the sole aim of creating a better world. Without any interest in politics, President PLATY will always engage with the world in various domains. Platikistan is all about fun! We promote talent and creativity. CONSTITUTION
The PDRP is currently governed by its constitution of 9th September 2025, which specifically defines the form of the state and its institutions, regulates the President PLATY token, and expressly prohibits certain conduct. Whether you are interested in the teachings of President PLATY or want to buy some PLATY tokens, reading our constitution would be a good start.
PRESIDENT Platy TOKEN ($PLATY)
President PLATY ($PLATY) is the official currency of Platikistan. As the top holder of the token, the Sovereign Government of Platikistan is responsible for overseeing its sustainable appreciation and survival, in accordance with the Platikistani constitution. PLATY is currently tradable on the Cronos blockchain, and the Sovereign Government is considering ways to give real-life utility to the token. While long-term investors may consider holding some PLATY, we strongly discourage those seeking instant profits from buying the token. The token is limited to a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 $PLATY, which is distributed as follows:

Government Holdings
(Amount: 200,000,000 PLATY/Wallets: pdrpgov1.cro & pdrpgov2.cro on Cronoscan)
This is what is jointly held by the core members of the Platikistani Government, who are not only committed long-term holders, but are also prohibited by the Platikistani constitution from selling their PLATY in a manner that would significantly affect its price. These assets are under the direct supervision of the Prime Minister.
Untouchable Reserves
(Amount: 100,000,000 PLATY/Wallet: pdrpgov3.cro on Cronoscan)
The Government is not allowed to sell this amount before 31 January 2035, irrespective of how high the price of Platy could be. The purpose is to ensure that the Government remains the highest holder of PLATY. The reserves shall remain untouched in the stated wallet.
Stabilization Fund
(Amount: 17,000,000 PLATY/Wallet: pdrpprizstabifund.cro on Cronoscan)
The Government is allowed to gradually swap this amount of PLATY for USDT/USDC during the bull markets, and carry out buybacks during bear markets. It shall remain in the indicated wallet, and the swapped USDT/USDC shall equally remain there for Platikistanis to monitor. Certain aspects relating to the buybacks can be decided by vote.
Other Allocations

This amount is distributed as follows:
1. Staking rewards: 18,000,000 PLATY, allocated for staking Platikistani virtual lands on a given platform. This shall take place when PLATY significantly appreciates.
2. Foreign trade: 4,000,000 PLATY, allocated for business ventures and investment schemes carried out by the Government, to enable it to generate additional revenue. The Government shall report the profit to the people, including information on how it intends to use it. Certain aspects relating to the use of the profit shall be decided by vote.
3. Volunteering fund: 3,000,000 PLATY, occasionally distributed to volunteers who have significantly promoted Platikistan and its PLATY token. The Government shall decide when to distribute what, and to whom, especially when PLATY appreciates. This fund is meant to last until 2035.
4. Donation fund: 3,000,000 PLATY, allocated for charity or other forms of donations until 31 January 2035. The choice of the beneficiaries as well as the allocated amounts shall be at the discretion of the Government.
Government-controlled funds shall be used in a manner that would not significantly affect the price of PLATY, taking into account the legitimate rights, interests, and aspirations of the Platikistani people, as well as the survival of Platikistan and its PLATY token.
